I am Pauline of Pauline's Candles. Everything you will see in my shop is handmade by me. Most of my candles are made from Soy wax.
Soy Wax is a byproduct of the Soya plant and is a sustainable source. It has none of the bad chemicals that are found in Paraffin Wax and therefore are environmentally friendly and healthier. Also they burn longer and the fragrance is all the way through
the candle and not just on the outer layers. The benefits of soy wax over paraffin are quite amazing.

Soy Wax burns 30% to 50% longer than paraffin.
Soy wax is water soluble. (No more messy cleanups).
Soy wax is biodegradable. Little or no soot is produced from burning soy wax.
No carcinogens are produced from burning soy wax.
