Terms and Conditions

By using lawnmower Spares UK LTD (via our nanookie Shop) you agree to the following Terms and conditions.

Depending on the item, we will delivery via Royal Mail, Courier, Parcel force, or similar depending on the size of the item you have purchased.
On occasion we may need your phone number so we (or the Currier service we use) can contact you regarding delivery.

Images

Please note that the product images may, from time to time, be slightly different, but will represent the actual product. Depending on the type of screen or monitor, the colour and shades of the images may appear different.

Despatch

We aim to despatch within 2 working days.  In some cases, however, it may take a little longer. We have several internet outlets so if the item you have purchased has become out of stock then we aim to have the item sent to us as quickly as possible. Please note, however that in such a case this may take anything up to two weeks.

Should the item be out of stock we will contact you and give you an estimated delivery time.  If this is not acceptable to you then we will offer you an immediate refund and cancel the order.

If you purchase multiple items together they should be delivered together, but please note that this cannot be guaranteed (due to size, weight and availability of the item etc).

Returns

You have the right, under the distance selling act to refuse/return an unwanted item within 7 days.  The 7 day period begins on the day of delivery.

The  liability for the delivery and return postage is upon you. If you have received an  item that is incorrect or faulty, you must notify us as soon as you have received it, so that we can arrange to replace a replacement within the indicated time scale of these delivery terms.


Please note that Special requested items and personalised items are non refundable under any circumstances, as they are supplied to order. Please contact us for any further advice on this matter.

Collection

As we utilise different warehouses around the UK,  we are unable to offer collection.

Insurance

Small items we send are usually are done so via first class Royal Mail, which is not insured. Delays in the postal service is not unknown. In the event of an item you have ordered not being delivered to you, please contact us as soon a possible so we can resolve the matter.

When we use a Currier service (Parcel force/DHL etc.) the items are insured until it reaches your address and will need to be signed for upon delivery.

We ship certain items internationally. All international shipments are not insured and are sent via Royal mail.

Terms

Upon purchasing your item from us you are automatically making a request to us to arrange a delivery on your behalf, and we will endeavour to have your order delivered to your UK address within 14 working days, which excludes weekends and bank holidays.

As delays can happen and be unforeseen, Lawnmower spares UK LTD accepts no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within our estimated time-scales.

It is you (the customer) who is responsible for supplying Lawnmower Spares UK LTD with the correct delivery address details.  Lawnmower Spares UK LTD is not liable for any loss of money, due to postage, if an incorrect address has been provided to us.

As mentioned, some items delivered may require a signature. Please ensure you are available for the signature request.  If a person, other than the named customer, from the specified delivery address signs for the delivery, the liability for that item still belongs to the named customer.

We will inform you by email or phone when your order has been dispatched.  At this time you can reply to us with any needs or concerns you may have and we will do all reasonably possible to fulfil these.

You may receive an email or call from us stating when your item (s) has left us giving you further details regarding the carrier and expected delivery day, if no one is available to accept an arranged delivery you will be responsible for any return or re-delivery fees.

When you receive your item/s from the courier it is VERY IMPORTANT to ensure that you have checked the packaging of your goods, and that its condition is good WELL BEFORE you sign the delivery note. Please inform us immediately if you receive an open or damaged parcel.

Guarantee

Most of our items come with a usual statuary 1 year guarantee.  Please take the time to inspect your item upon arrival If there is any damage then please mark the delivery receipt as such and contact us the same day so we can sort out the issue far more efficiently.

After you have purchased and received your goods from us please do leave us some feedback through the nanookie feedback system so you can pass on your opinions and knowledge to others who would want your advice.
